About Us

Cynthia Daughtrey has been a practicing attorney for the past 32 years. In 1989, she began her career as an Assistant District Attorney, Milwaukee County, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1995, Ms. Daughtrey moved to Colorado where she practiced law in the areas of real estate, including metropolitan districts and water law, local government, and contracts in private practice, local government, and corporate legal settings. Currently, Ms. Daughtrey owns firm Beyer & Associates, LLC. Ms. Daughtrey has expanded her practice and is now a Colorado real estate broker.

She is a licensed Colorado attorney and a member of the Colorado Bar Association and 1st Judicial District Bar Association.

Ms. Daughtrey graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law and won the AmJur Award for Negotiations. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of North Dakota, graduating with B.A. History with Honors and a Minor in Political Science.

Ms. Daughtrey is a Distinguished Toastmaster and John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Coach and Trainer.

Ms. Daughtrey has raised two children in the Southwest Denver area and is very familiar with the Denver Residential Real Estate market and the Denver Commercial Real Estate market.

Ms. Daughtrey has practiced law for 33 years. During that time, she has focused on land and development, real estate and local government.  Ms. Daughtrey is very familiar with Colorado Real Estate Law and Development.

Fun Facts:

Ms. Daughtrey has written one book Blow Your Nose, Pull Up Your Socks and Get On With It, 5 Keys to Successful Parenting. She co-authored Conceived to Lead: Dismantling the Glass Ceiling Mindset, an international bestselling book. She wrote a chapter in the book Clear Boundaries Every Business Woman’s Essential Safety Guide.

In Ms. Daughtrey’s free time, she is an avid road biker, mountain biker, skier, swimmer, and triathlete, who enjoys everything about Colorado that you can do in the great outdoors.
